Opt-out Clause for Text & Data Mining (TDM)

Audio and/or visual and/or text content of any kind made available on this website (and, more generally, all programs produced by the Mediawan Group and its subsidiaries), including trademarks, distinctive signs, and, more generally, all related intellectual property rights (the “Content”), may not be used, copied, extracted, collected, analyzed, or otherwise exploited for the purposes of text and data mining (“TDM”), in particular, including for the training, development, and/or improvement of artificial intelligence systems.

Pursuant to Section 44b of the German Copyright Act (UrhG), LEONINE Studios hereby expressly reserves its rights and rejects any TDM activities carried out on the Content for any purpose, including non-commercial purposes.
