Continuing Education

Through targeted, practical training measures, you will further your education to become a production manager or film executive. We will support you in developing your new skills right from the start: You will have experienced colleagues at your side as mentors who will explain the tasks in your new working environment. You will learn theoretical knowledge through seminars offered in cooperation with the Producers Alliance Initiative for Qualification (PAIQ).

• The training takes place over the course of 12 months, entry into the program is possible throughout the year.
• Theoretical content is offered through continuing education courses in cooperation with the Producers Alliance (PAIQ).
• Practical knowledge is imparted within our production companies in Munich or Cologne.

• Permanent employment contract, e.g. as production manager or film executive. 
• Coverage of the costs for further training.
• Practical content taught by alternating mentors, such as experienced production managers, production managers or film executives.
• Tailor-made further training measures.
• A lot of responsibility and exciting learning and creative opportunities.

• You have already gained several years of professional experience, preferably as a production manager, film executive assistant or tax clerk, or you are eager to work in the media industry.
